fur color;; His fur is a mix of various shades of gray. His base coat is a very light gray, almost white, but not quite. Dark tabby stripes streak across his body, which gradually fade into paler parts.
eye color;; Galestrike's eyes are a very pale blue, like ice, or wind. Sometimes they can be mistaken for blindness because of how light they are, but his vision is perfectly fine.
size and build;; He is an averagely built cat. Under his medium-length pelt is a hard, lean frame. Wiry and lithe, he is well muscled, with very little fat. Quite fit, it would be unwise to try to attack him.
the rest;; There are small tufts of fur at the tip of his ears, like those of a wild cat.

personality;; Galestrike will do whatever it takes to achieve what he thinks he must, with--for the most part--no hesitation. It's what he was raised to believe, and it has become the code he lives by. One could say he is an extremist, always going full out, even a bit overboard, with things. His determination and perseverance is something to behold, something that will not waver no matter what the situation may be. In a fight, Galestrike does not hold back--he goes full out, all the time. Unless, of course, it's just practice. Even then, slacking is out of the question and he will push the other to their limits. Unafraid to knock the other cat around a little, killing isn't something too far beyond him. No, if a cat's death is what it takes, then StarClan, that is what he'll do--whether personally, or by directing another to do so.
A bold tom, it doesn't matter to him what another cat might think of him. He'll speak his mind anyways, sometimes harsher than others. Being in the center of attention doesn't bother him, and neither does no attention, unless he has something to say. Galestrike keeps his wits about him all the time, even though sometimes he may seem rather fanatical with his 'to the max' thing. He isn't someone you would want to be your enemy, since he won't give up until he's done with you--completely done. Like the wind, his namesake, this cat is virtually unstoppable. He does not like to be restrained, or he will break free. Everything he does, he does with a reason. Impulsive actions just aren't his nature. It also gives him an explanation for whatever it is you might find him doing.
Galestrike is a natural leader. If he has to take charge, he will. He can come down very sternly, very strictly, if he has to, on wrongdoers or just 'mouse-brained idiots'. Very persuasive, he possess a kind of charisma that, when he talks, cats will listen. He commands respect. Speaking out isn't a problem, and neither is doing battle. For him, fighting carries a bit more weight over diplomacy, but hey, that's how most MassacreClan cats are--it runs in his blood, battling.

history;; He was born and raised in MassacreClan, with pure warrior blood. His father was a fierce warrior, Gustclaw, and so was his mother, Cloudfeather. Born in a litter of one, he had no siblings, so both his parent's attention were usually focused on him when it wasn't on their other duties. His kithood was pretty average, with nothing too noteworthy happening. Now Gustclaw was a very proud tom, and as a well-respected--even feared--warrior in all four clans, wished for Galekit to be just as good a warrior, or even better. He often took the young tom out of camp to show him demonstrations of how to hunt, or blending into the shadows and hiding oneself from discovery. Along with that, Gustclaw often taught him some of the more basic battle techniques, treating his kit as though he were already an apprentice. "I will do whatever it takes to make you a great warrior," Gustclaw had often said. "And so will you."
Galekit took this lesson to heart, even though sometimes it would get him in trouble. Anything that stood in his path of reaching this goal had to be overcome, his parents encouraged. Eventually, it spread to everything else he did, too, and not just working hard to learn the skills. With the other kits, he was rather rough in playing, so he could win. Though the cats weren't too happy with the occasional injury sometimes, none could deny that Galekit had a lot of potential. Besides, such cats were what MassacreClan needed. As a result, they didn't do much to discourage this somewhat radical belief. When he became an apprentice, he was assigned one of the senior warriors, Shadowmist. She was harsh, unafraid to openly criticize(and she did, very brutally, too), and bordering coldblooded. She was the perfect warrior to mentor Galepaw, often pushing him harder than any other mentor and their apprentice.
Shadowmist was a hard to please she-cat, and always found something to criticize about what Galepaw was doing. On the other hand, by the time she was satisfied, he was as ready as he could be to become a warrior. This was further proved on his last solo hunting expedition as an apprentice. A small group of IgnitionClan cats had been sneaking onto their clan's territory for awhile now, but always slipped away before being caught. This time, Galepaw saw them, and unleashed the wrath of 3 cats on them, darn the injuries. In his mind, such fox-hearted thieves deserved to be punished, and he did not hesitate to engage them in battle despite being outnumbered. By the time a patrol came along, many of the invaders were already carrying wounds. They soon fled, and the stealthy intrusions came to an end, much to MassacreClan's--and Galepaw's--satisfaction.
And so, Galepaw became Galestrike, named for his ferocity, strength, and willingness to fight against all odds. Gustclaw and Cloudfeather were indeed pleased. Unfortunately, it didn't last long. Leafbare struck, prey diminished, and herbs became scarce. Greencough settled in, affecting many cats, including both Galestrike and his father. There wasn't enough catmint to cure every single cat, and it was clear there would be casualties. Now, when offered his share, Gustclaw rejected it, claiming that his son needed it more, as he still had his whole life ahead of him. Then again, Galestrike was none too happy about leaving his father to die of the sickness, so he refused it as well. Neither cat wanted the other to die, but it was Gustclaw who acted. The old warrior had a plan, and conferred with a distraught Cloudfeather. Per his wishes, she took the said catmint and hid it in a piece of fresh-kill, then giving it to Galestrike.
Unknowing, he ate it, and soon recovered. By the time Gustclaw revealed what they had done, it was too late. Soon, Gustclaw died. It hit Galestrike hard, while Cloudfeather had already accepted it. Life went on. One day, several moons later, there was a fight. VictoryClan wanted more territory to sustain their clan, and they attacked MassaceClan in the middle of the night. Before the fight, they had given an ultimatum--give them a piece of their territory, and the battle could be avoided. After all, they were in MassacreClan's camp. Of course, they rejected this choice, and battle erupted. Galestrike fought hard, and was ready to do whatever he had to do to fight them off. Cats were killed, many at his claws. But then, labeled as a major threat, 5 VictoryClan cats ganged up on him. He would have died, had Cloudfeather not flown in to help him fight them off. Eventually they did, even though they carried many injuries. For Cloudfeather, one of the wounds was too great, and she died.
Despite his grief, Galestrike continued fighting, for there would be time to mourn later. Instead, he fought harder than ever, determined to get vengeance. Soon, they were driven off, each side sustaining losses. During the battle, the deputy had been killed, and after seeing how Galestrike had done, the leader appointed him as the new deputy.
